IS Service Manager

• Your responsibilities
• Working with offshore and teams located globally for coordination of daily, weekly and project related changes.
• Working with Functional analysts and solution architects for change and release management issues.
• Handling all the aspects of DevOps, Compliance, Documentation, Change.

Management, Jira, Customer Service and ITSM.

• Lead and assist in all internal controls related activities for ACM.
• Ability to identify process improvements as well as reduce the complexity and systemic availability issues.
• Constant contact with Internal Customer to acknowledge and communicate on issues, in addition to providing training within the recommended guidelines.
• End-to-End problem ownership and resolution.

Perform internal acceptance testing before delivery of solution to the internal businesses for user acceptance testing.

• Supporting the installation of new IS solutions / services, or improvements to existing IS solutions / services.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to release.
• Implement best practices consistent with an agile development methodology.
• Define and manage release readiness and success criteria based on business requirements.
• Collaborate and manage release processes across all functions within IT and with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge on testing automation tool for Release Management regression testing.
• Your background
• Bachelor´s Degree.
• 9 years of experience working in ERP release and change management
• Knowledge in SAP ECC and other SAP products.
• Experience in ITSM tools such as SNOW.
• Advanced English level.
