We’re hiring a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing eCommerce brand that’s redefining the wellness space. They're on a mission to help people feel their best — whether it’s after a night out or during daily routines — with science-backed products that actually work (and taste good too).

They’re looking for someone who can drive growth across their paid media ecosystem—Meta, Google, Amazon, DoorDash, and beyond. You’ll take the lead on media buying and PPC , owning channel strategy and execution, while also shaping the creative direction of our ad campaigns to ensure they convert.

This role involves more than paid media. As part of a small, agile team, you should be flexible, curious, and willing to contribute to other marketing areas like landing page optimization, SEO, and CRO—whether through learning or assisting in management.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead paid media + PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, DoorDash, and new opportunities
  • Own the Amazon channel : from ads to listings to promotions
  • Develop creative strategies for paid ads, collaborating with designers, videographers, and UGC creators to develop high-converting concepts
  • Analyze, optimize, and scale campaigns : run A / B tests, review performance data, and improve ROAS and CAC
  • Experiment with new channels, tactics, and formats to discover growth opportunities
  • Support other marketing efforts like building landing pages, improving conversion rates, and optimizing site content (no expert knowledge required—just a willingness to learn)

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3–5+ years in paid media buying, PPC, or performance marketing—preferably in a DTC or CPG brand
  • Proven results with platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, DoorDash, YT, etc.; experience is a plus
  • Strong strategic thinker with a creative edge—knows what makes an ad scroll-stopping and revenue-driving
  • Data-savvy and analytical, comfortable working hands-on with creative and copy
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and eager to contribute across various marketing projects
