Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts across various platforms and help strengthen our overall brand presence.

• What You'll Do
• Create and manage professional branding across all offices and marketing channels.
• Design and implement personalized campaigns tailored to specific client and office goals.
• Manage and optimize the company's websites (Wix Studio or WordPress), ensuring performance and strong SEO.
• Plan and support in-person marketing initiatives and events across the U.S.

Monitor campaign analytics, track key metrics, and generate performance reports.

• Coordinate and maintain organized marketing documentation, files, and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices across digital platforms and marketing technologies.
• Collaborate directly with internal teams and clients to develop strategic messaging and ensure marketing alignment.
• What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content strategy.
• Experience managing and growing social media communities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into results-driven strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Preferred (Not required)
• Experience with
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho CRM, Wix Studio or WordPress
• Website editing experience using platforms such as Wix Studio or WordPress
• Google Workspace (G Suite) for file management, scheduling, and team collaboration.
• What We Offer
• 19,000 MXN gross per month + commissions (uncapped earnings based on recruitment success).
