Descripción del trabajo3 Years of prior experience in a Customer Success and / or Customer Manager role. Prior experience in Fintech, Wealthtech, Wealth Management is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Desire to work in a small startup environment. Familiarity with Hubspot and Pendo is a plus. Ability to learn all technical and non-technical product information. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite : Word, Outlook, and Excel.
A prominent Wealthtech firm is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships, manage the customer lifecycle, collaborate with key stakeholders and internal teams, and drive adoption and retention among the customer base.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for customers.
- Promote customer retention, growth, and satisfaction by maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships.
- Proactively reach out to customers to drive usage and address any concerns they have.
- Answer support and technical questions on the platform in a timely manner.
- Manage the renewal process.
- Provide best in class customer support and promptly resolve customers’ questions and issues.
